If there is a problem with anything you buy from us, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will offer an equivalent replacement, or, if you prefer, refund your money. Faulty products can be exchanged for alternative products only by prior agreement.
This guarantee does not cover items made for custom orders,
although if we consider that custom order can be resold, we will accept it for a refund.
This guarantee does not cover any items with discounted sales prices, as some of these are discounted
because they are slightly different from our normal full-priced products. If you are not sure about this,
please contact us before purchasing items with discounted sales prices.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days
of the date you received it to arrange a return and refund or an exchange - whichever you prefer.
Return the package unused and intact and we will refund you the full purchase
price without shipping costs when it arrives back to us. If you would prefer an exchange
we will do this free of charge (except for shipping costs).
Full refund basic requirements:
- All items must be in new condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Printed items (for example Tarot decks, books, diaries, and journals) must be unopened and in their plastic wrap
- Silk, leather, and suede bags must be unused
I've returned my item. How soon will I receive my refund?
If you selected to receive an instant refund to your credit card, then a refund was instantly requested and will show on your credit card statement within 3 business days. If you are returning the item for a refund to your original payment method, you should receive your refund within 10 days of the carrier has received your item.
I still haven't returned my item. How can I receive my refund?
Please note that we cannot refund under any circumstances,
in full or in part, if the items are not returned to us for any reason. We offer returns for items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. You will need to return your items to us during this period.
