If you need to know current status of your order please use your personal section to open orders history. Each order has column named "status" where displayed active stage of order processing. Status of each order can be (a) accepted - when order just placed; (b) wating for payment - when order has been placed but payment has not been completed; (c) payed - when order payment has been received successfully and delivery was allowed; and (d) shipped out - when order already is on its way to your delivery address.

For international delivery uses national carrier Ukrposhta that provide the best service for available shipping options. Standard delivery type is a registered airmail.
But If you need any special delivery type - DHL or FedEx also can be used optionally.

Order Not Received / Delayed

Normally we don't provide tracking information for sales orders sent by registered airmail. But information for tracking purposes (international post ID) is available and can be sent to you by email request if you didn't receive package within
14 business days
(3 calendar weeks) after shipment from one of our warehouses.

In this case we can receive tracking information in our Kyiv local post office in order to complete your request.
With international post ID sent by us you can request national post operator of your country for current status of your package.

For example, national post operators for the following countries:

USA - The United States Postal Service (USPS)

Canada - Canada Post

United Kingdom - Royal Mail

Germany - Deutsche Post

France - Site La Poste

Spain - Correos

Also when an order shipped internationally reaches the destination country, the package may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Tracking status displays "delivered" but package not received

Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives to your address.
When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't receive the package:

  • Check if someone else accepted delivery. Ask your family members, neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or
    P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
  • Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about location of the package.

Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date, listed in this section - Estimating Your Delivery Date.
If you don't receive the package by then, please allow an additional couple of days for the package to be delivered.
Please note that carriers may deliver packages up until 6 p.m. Some carriers will deliver a package to your local post office for final delivery while others will deliver directly to the shipping address.

Item Missing from Shipment

If you're missing an item, check your personal section to open orders history and verify all the items in your order were in the same shipment. Sometimes your order can be splitted into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you).
