How to place an order?

Placing an order with Pyroskin.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. Your account will be created automatically when you place your first order online (account is optional but it will give you ability to track your orders history and manage orders from personal section). We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.

After automated account creating we will send the message containing the link to set the new password for your account to the specified e-mail address. To be able to use advantages, provided by the account, it will be necessary for you to enter e-mail address and the created password for login into store. Bear in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about your orders and important notifications.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

Note: For handmade or customized items offered on our website - payment, shipping, and return policies may vary by type of order. Such information for these items in your order will be clearly noted.

1. Sign In / Create a New Account (optional)

Even if you are a new customer there's no need to create an account first! You will also be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information. Make sure to choose something you will remember the next time you want to place an order. Passwords are case sensitive. For example, "PASSWORD" and "Password" are two different passwords. When choosing a password, remember the capitalization you use. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters. It's best to avoid passwords that are easy to guess, such as "secret," "password," etc. We also suggest that you avoid using your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that is easily obtained by unauthorized persons. Although it's not a requirement, adding numbers or special characters to your password will make it even stronger. For example, the password "clouds-21%" is a much stronger password than "clouds". Guard your password carefully. Remember, anyone who knows your password may access your account.

But if you're not first time visitor and already have an account we recommend you to log in into your account before new ordering. When you are logged in, we can link your orders with your account and therefore you will be able to view detailed orders' history in your personal section. Also when you come back to Pyroskin.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. Account is optional but without it you will have to repeatedly enter you shipping address and contact information for each new order. It's not easy-to-use shopping way.

2. Find the Items You Want

First you can browse our catalogs available in the top navigation bar or just search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search box are located on right top corner of every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page.

3. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from Pyroskin.com, click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy now!" button on the item's product detail page. If you click "Buy now!" button - selected item will be added to your shopping cart and you will be immediately taken to order's checkout. It's fast and easy-to-use way to buy any single item. If you're not logged into your account or it's your first order - you will see "Buy without registration!" title instead of "Buy now!" on this button.

If you click "Buy now!" button, selected item will be added to your shopping cart and total quantity in cart will be increased (+1) but you will stay in current catalog and won't be taken to checkout immediately. It's most convenient way to buy some different items. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the cart logo at the right top of every page of our website. Number inside of cart indicates quantity of the items selected by you.

4. Proceed to Checkout

Review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, select it in the the "delete" column and click "Refresh" button on the bottom left. The item will be removed from your current shopping cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the items list section of your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact our Customer Service.

If you have an account and logged in - system automatically will fill appropriate fields from "Personal Data" section of the order form with your contact information from your personal profile (first/last name, e-mail address, phone/cell number). You can use current contact information for current order or create new personal profile (for example if this order should be delivered to another person).

5. Enter a Shipping Address

Enter necessary information about delivery address:
  • street name and apartment/office or house number
  • your town or city
  • ZIP code
  • destination country
If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "P.O. Box" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the official Postal Service.

Simply select destination country and after that will appear (a) delivery services list for selected country and (b) available payment systems list in accordance with your currency type.

6. Choose a Shipping Method

After selection of destination country please select preferable delivery service. Each available delivery service has text description with total weight of your order (packing included) in metric grams (gr.), estimated delivery term and calculated delivery cost (included in order's total).

7. Choose a Payment Method

After you have selected country and delivery service please choose preferable payment method. Each payment system available for selected country may display special payment options such as actual fees/charges percent (%) or important additional information. Pyroskin.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Delta/Visa Debit, Visa Electron, and of course PayPal payments. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Please note we accept all credit card payments in US dollars(USD) only - irrespective to your shopping cart currency. If your shopping cart currency is euro(EUR) or UAH/RUB - your order's total will be converted to US dollars(USD) on first step of order payment processing in accordance to our bank current exchange rate. Also keep in mind that accessible payment systems list directly depends on your currency and selected country. If you will change currency or destination country during order processing - available payment systems list will be updated automatically to reflect your latest changes.

Directly after succesfull order submission and pressing "pay now" button you will be asked to provide payment information which may include your payment card number, your name and billing address, and the security code associate with your payment card (e.g. the CSV). If you cannot pay your order for any reason just after placement and you want to pay your order later - you always can do it from your personal section (you will need to open orders' history section and click details link in the column titled "actions" for required order's row. "Pay now" button will be available after bottom part of detailed order's form (on green-colored background). The payment card information you provide will be used to complete your transaction, as well as for the detection and prevention of fraud. Your payment card information is processed in the United States. Pyroskin.com complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), a global standard for the safe handling of payment data.

8. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. Also you can enter additional valuable information about your order in "Additional Info" field. When you are ready, click the "Checkout" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

9. Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review something about the order you placed, click the My personal section link in the top right corner of most pages on our store. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
