How to check my order status

If you need to know the current status of your order please open my orders list from your personal section menu. Each order has a column named "status" which displayed the active stage of order processing. The status of each order can be (a) accepted - when you've just placed it; (b) waiting for payment - when the order has been placed but payment is not completed yet; (c) paid - when payment has been processed successfully and order shipment procedure was allowed; and (d) shipped out - when order already is on its way to your shipping address.

After your order is shipped and the status is updated, the link with the tracking ID of the postal operator is also immediately displayed in the row of the table with the parameters of your order.

For international delivery, we use official national post operators of each destination countries respectively that usually provide the most reliable services among available shipping options. The standard delivery type is registered airmail. But if you need any special delivery type - DHL or FedEx also can be used optionally.

Order Not Received / Delayed

Normally we provide tracking information (ID) for all sales orders sent by registered airmail. Generally, airmail packages are fully trackable in most of the countries all over the world but some national post operators, for example in the United Kingdom (Royal Mail) and Australia (Australian Post) have different rules and don't provide actual tracking information for transitional destinations except final delivery notification, so if you're from UK or Australia and didn't receive the package within 25 business days (5 calendar weeks) after shipment from one of our warehouses, please contact us - we will request your package status from post operator directly.

With an international tracking ID, you can request a national post operator of your country for the current status of your package or check it via international tracking services.

For example, we provided here national post operators for the following countries:

USA - The United States Postal Service (USPS) https://www.usps.com/

Canada - Canada Post http://www.canadapost.ca/

United Kingdom - Royal Mail http://www.royalmail.com/

Germany - Deutsche Post http://www.deutschepost.de/

France - Site La Poste http://www.laposte.fr/

Spain - Correos https://www.correos.es/

Also when an order shipped internationally reaches the destination country, the package may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
To see estimated shipping times for your country, please use Shipping Rates & Times section.

The tracking status displays "delivered" but the package has not been received

Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at your address.
When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't receive the package:

  • Check if someone else accepted the delivery.
Ask your family members, neighbors, or anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location.
Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
  • Contact the carrier.
Ask if they have additional information about the location of the package.

Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date, listed in this section: Estimating your delivery date.
If you don't receive the package by then, please allow an additional couple of days for the package to be delivered.
Please note that carriers may deliver packages up until 6 p.m. Some carriers will deliver a package to your local post office for final delivery while others will deliver directly to the shipping address.

Item Missing from Shipment

If you're missing an item, check your personal section to open your orders history and verify all the items in your order were in the same shipment. Sometimes your order can be split into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you).

I have feedback about the carrier that delivered my package
